Joseph Michael Snodgrass , 68 of Webster Springs, WV, formerly of Sandusky, OH passed away on September 4, 2011 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon, WV. He was born May 8, 1943 in Spencer, WV to Joseph Eugene and Vera S. West Snodgrass and was a fork lift operator for Ford engine business retiring once JayMinnick 36 years of solution. He was also preceded in death by a child, Barbara Ellen Sandy; three brothers, George, Harold and Elmer Zickefoose; two siblings, Kathleen Carpenter and Lurene Tenney; a son-in-law, Larry Chester Nutter; and a grandson-in-law, James Jimbo” Childers.

Surviving are her spouse, Donald E. Dye, Sr. two sons, Donald E. Dye, Jr. of Grover, NC and Leonard K. Dye of Carlisle,a bro, Robert Lynch of Belpre, OH, and two sisters, Barbara Dye of Parkersburg, WV and June Stadill of Columbus, OH also seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Survivors: two daughters, Ruth (husband, Robert) Rhodes of Resaca, Ga., and Terra (husband, Dennis) Sexton of Litchfield; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; five brothers, Robert McGill of Taylor Springs, Ralph McGill of Fenton, Mo., Darrell McGill of Panama, Allen McGill of Donnellson and John McGill of Greenville; two siblings, Betty Malaysia and Burnetta Redfearn, both of Panama; and many nieces and nephews.

Survivors include her husband, Loren Starcher of Ashtabula; daughters, Charlotte (Robin) Hoefert of Ashtabula, Sharon (Harry) Myers of Arizona, Shelly (Steven) Spring of Ashtabula, Patricia Griggs of Ashtabula and Lisa (Danny) Eden of Conneaut; son, Randy (Diane) Starcher of Ashtabula; grandchildren, Sabrina Kirk, Alex and Andrew Kirk, Joe Roth Jr., Jeremy Wetherbee, Jessica Spring, Sheena Fourqurean, Alicia Spring, Brette Cox, Savanna Bassett, Heather Eden, Stephanie Eden, and Zac and Aaron Starcher; 14 great-grandchildren; siblings, Lizzie Hanshaw of Clay County,, Sylvy Runnion of Ashtabula, Goldy Runnion of Ashtabula, and Chessie Deems and Emma Deems, both of Clay County,; and brothers, Charles Deems and Arnold Deems, both of Clay County,, Jimmy Deems of Mount Vernon, Ohio and William Deems of Ashtabula.

Survivors include a child, Donna Jean Pooch” Hickman of Walton; sons, William Leon Bump” Rhodes and Denny Lee Hopsing” Rhodes both of Spencer; 15 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. George Mason Dr. S., 3713, No. 916-Abdelwahab M. Hassan to Evy and Evi Melgar, $225,000.

He had been preceded in death by their sibling and sisters, William, Helen and Kathy Blosser; their half-sister, Amy Sprouse; grandparents, Edith Eilean Ledsome, Lawrence Starcher, Arthur (Club) Ledsome, Carl and Goldy Blosser, Frank Cunningham. Surviving are two kids, Sandy Prather of Washington and David Vincent of Paden City; six grandchildren; three great-grand-children; and one sibling, William Paul Vincent of Parkersburg.

He could be survived by their spouse, Geraldine (Bond) Zickefoose whom he married on September 23, 1951; his young ones, Craig G., Keith G. and Becky, Brian G., and Robert Zickefoose, most of Canal Fulton, and Lyn Rae and Mitch Graham of Florida; and three grandchildren.
